Terms of Use
These terms apply to the game Zone Hunter, its Android app and the browser version at volfied.io ("the game"). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Contact: [email protected].
1. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
2. Your account
- A guest account is created for you automatically. If you do not link an email, Google or Apple account, it is tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or reset the device.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.
3. Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits, or submit games you did not play yourself;
- interfere with the servers, other players' games or matches, or try to access what is not yours;
- choose a player name that is offensive, impersonates someone or infringes the rights of others;
- copy, sell or reverse-engineer the game, except as the law expressly allows.
We may remove scores, rename players, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, with or without notice. A ban cannot be avoided by deleting and re-creating an account.
4. Virtual items
Coins, skins, extra lives and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change or rebalance them. They are removed when your account is deleted.
5. Ads
The Android app is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are watched only if you choose to. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
6. The game is provided "as is"
We work to keep the game running, but it may change, contain errors, be unavailable or be discontinued. Online features need our server and an internet connection. To the extent the law allows, the game is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its code, graphics, sounds and music belong to us or our licensors. Store and platform names are trademarks of their owners.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and significant changes will be announced in the game. You may stop playing and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in.
Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar Zone Hunter oyununa, Android uygulamasına ve volfied.io adresindeki tarayıcı sürümüne ("oyun") uygulanır. Oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız oyunu kullanmayın. İletişim: [email protected].
1. Kimler oynayabilir
En az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Yaşadığınız yerde reşit değilseniz yalnızca ebeveyninizin ya da vasinizin izniyle oynayabilirsiniz.
2. Hesabınız
- Sizin için otomatik olarak bir misafir hesap oluşturulur. Bir e-posta, Google ya da Apple hesabı bağlamazsanız hesap cihazınıza bağlıdır ve uygulamayı kaldırırsanız ya da cihazı sıfırlarsanız kaybolabilir.
- Giriş bilgilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmayın; hesabınız altında olanlardan siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz; bkz. Hesabınızı silin.
3. Adil oyun ve davranış
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- hile yapmak; bot, betik, değiştirilmiş istemci ya da açık kullanmak; kendi oynamadığınız oyunları göndermek;
- sunuculara, diğer oyuncuların oyunlarına ya da maçlarına müdahale etmek, size ait olmayana erişmeye çalışmak;
- saldırgan, başkasını taklit eden ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden bir oyuncu adı seçmek;
- oyunu kopyalamak, satmak ya da yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapmak.
Bu kurallara uymayan hesapların skorlarını silebilir, adlarını değiştirebilir, hesaplarını bildirimli ya da bildirimsiz askıya alabilir veya banlayabiliriz. Ban, hesabı silip yeniden açarak aşılamaz.
4. Sanal öğeler
Coin'ler, skinler, ek canlar ve diğer oyun içi öğelerin parasal değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez; size satılmaz, kullanım lisansı verilir. Bunları değiştirebilir ya da yeniden dengeleyebiliriz. Hesabınız silindiğinde kaldırılırlar.
5. Reklamlar
Android uygulaması ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. Ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca siz isterseniz izlenir. Reklamların verileri nasıl kullandığı için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakın.
6. Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur
Oyunu çalışır tutmaya çalışırız, ancak oyun değişebilir, hata içerebilir, erişilemez olabilir ya da sonlandırılabilir. Çevrimiçi özellikler sunucumuzu ve internet bağlantısını gerektirir. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde oyun hiçbir garanti verilmeden sunulur; dolaylı zararlardan, ilerleme ya da sanal öğe kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey, tüketici olarak yasayla sınırlanamayan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun, kodu, grafikleri, sesleri ve müzikleri bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir. Mağaza ve platform adları sahiplerinin markalarıdır.
8. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; üstteki tarih son sürümü gösterir, önemli değişiklikler oyunda duyurulur. İstediğiniz zaman oynamayı bırakıp hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
